• Students: Must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the platform. Students are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with the terms set by the tutors they engage with.

4. Account Registration

• Account Creation: You must create an account to access certain platform features. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• For Students: Students can browse, purchase, and access courses, lessons, and materials offered by tutors. Students must adhere to the terms set by the tutors and use the content only for personal educational purposes.

6. Pricing and Payments

• Tutors: Tutors set their own rates for lessons, courses, and materials. Payments are processed through the platform, and tutors will receive payments after deducting applicable fees.
• Students: Students agree to pay the specified fees for courses, lessons, or materials. All payments are processed securely through the platform. No refunds will be provided unless specified by the tutor or required by law.

7. Subscription Plans

• Subscription Options: We offer various subscription plans for tutors to access premium content. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and will continue until canceled.

Refund Policy for Lessons

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

• No refund will be issued if a lesson is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. This policy ensures that our tutors are fairly compensated for their time and preparation.

Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before the Lesson

• If a lesson needs to be canceled more than 24 hours before it is due to take place, we strongly encourage both students and tutors to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time. Rescheduling is a great way to ensure that learning continues without disruption.

Refunds for Cancellations Beyond 24 Hours

• If rescheduling is not an option, students may request a refund. Please note that all refund requests will be subject to a 3-day review period and a processing fee. This allows us to carefully assess each situation and ensure that all parties are treated fairly. Once the review is complete and the refund is approved, it will be processed promptly.

Non-Refundable Policy
